We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist for an urgent start in a full-time temporary role running Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. If you enjoy people contact, variety, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this is a fantastic opportunity.

About the Role

• Greeting visitors, guests and staff with a warm, professional approach
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries promptly
• Monitoring the reception inbox and responding to general questions
• Supporting onboarding and compliance tasks for guests and staff attending site
• Coordinating visitor passes, sign-ins and access requirements
• Providing administrative support including data entry, filing and document updates
• Liaising with internal teams and assisting where needed
• Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming reception space

What You’ll Bring

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence managing calls and greeting visitors
• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
• Professional presentation, reliability and a proactive approach
• A friendly attitude and the ability to support a busy team
